Fast starts your request right away instead of within a business day. We ask every business that fits instead of up to 3, follow up daily, and a person on our team steps in when businesses go quiet. There is no limit on open requests, and the bill-help fee drops to 12%.
Only on bill help, like a medical bill or a recurring bill. The fee is a share of the verified amount taken off the bill: 17.5% on Free and 12% on Fast. It applies after the bill is sorted. Trips, purchases and bids have no fee on either plan.
No. An upgrade, a later checkout or any other extra never counts toward a fee.
Fast is $149 a year and renews until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your billing settings, and Fast runs through the end of the year you paid for.
