These terms apply to every API key, MCP connection and seller connection. They sit alongside the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use policy. Mumm is operated by Rebilder LLC, 2030 Eastwood Rd #12, Wilmington, NC 28403, United States.

## Use it for who authorized it

A key or connection acts for the person or business that created or approved it. Use it only for that person or business, and only for their own transactions.

## Take only what the task needs

- Do not extract data in bulk, scrape or crawl Mumm.
- Do not store or cache data beyond what the current task needs.

## Keep it with the user

Do not resell what you receive from Mumm. Do not pool it across users or businesses, or build a price index or dataset from it.

## No training or benchmarking

Do not use Mumm data, or the offers and messages the other party in a transaction sends you, to train, fine-tune or benchmark a model.

## When access ends

When a key or connection is revoked, expires or is suspended, stop using it and delete the Mumm data you hold. Keep only what the law requires you to keep.

## Review and suspension

Mumm records how credentials are used and may audit that use. We may limit, suspend or revoke a key or connection that breaks these terms.

## Acceptance

Using a key or connection means you accept these terms. When an API key or seller connection is created, we record the version and the time. Questions: legal@trymumm.com.
