Service fee refunds
- If we settle a deal that you didn't approve: full refund of fee
- If the merchant later goes back on a deal we negotiated: full refund of fee, and we will fight to restore the deal
- If we made a mistake that resulted in you paying more than necessary: full refund + we make you whole for the difference
- If you cancel a negotiation before settling: no fee was charged; nothing to refund
Non-refundable
- A settled deal where you approved and money moved: fee is non-refundable except in the cases above
- Disputes over savings calculations: we use the original amount you sent us as the baseline. Contact us if you disagree.
Chargebacks
- If you charge back a Mumm fee, we'll first try to resolve it directly: email finance@mumm.com
- Frivolous or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension
Disputes
- Email disputes@mumm.com
- We respond within 2 business days
- We aim to resolve within 7 business days
- If we can't resolve directly, the dispute resolution process in our Terms applies (arbitration)
