Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Mumm, you agree to these terms.

Mumm is for users 18 or older with the capacity to contract. The service is available to US residents.

Mumm negotiates on your behalf within the scope you authorize. We are not a law firm; nothing we say is legal advice. We are not a financial advisor or insurance broker.

You grant Mumm limited authority to communicate with merchants on your behalf for negotiations you submit.

Sending a request is free. Requests for trips, purchases and bids carry no Mumm fee. For bill help (medical and recurring bills), the fee is 17.5% of verified savings on Free and 12% on Fast. Verified savings = original amount − settled amount; extras never count. The plan and rate are fixed on each request when you submit it. Payment processing through Stripe.

Free: up to 2 open requests at a time and up to 3 businesses contacted per request, with work starting within one business day. Fast is an optional annual plan ($149/year, billed annually, auto-renews until canceled): requests start right away, Mumm contacts every business it finds that fits the request, follows up daily, and brings in staff when businesses do not reply. Cancel anytime from your billing settings; Fast runs through the end of the paid term. No mid-term refunds. Requests keep the plan and fee rate they were submitted under, whether Fast starts or lapses afterward. Members who joined Mumm Priority before October 3, 2026 have Fast, with the 12% bill-help rate, for the rest of their paid term.

No settlement happens without your approval. The fee triggers only when you approve and money moves.

Mumm's IP stays with Mumm. Your IP stays with you. You grant Mumm a limited license to use information you submit for the negotiation.

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee any specific outcome on a negotiation.

Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

You agree to indemnify Mumm for any misuse of the service.

Disputes resolved by binding arbitration. Governing law: Delaware. Class action waiver applies.

Either party may terminate. On termination, accrued fees remain due; access ends.

Material changes announced by email and posted here at least 14 days before they take effect.

Standard severability and entire-agreement clauses apply.
