The agreement between you and Mumm: what the service does, what you authorise us to do on your behalf, what it costs, and how either of us ends it.

## Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using Mumm, you agree to these terms.

## Eligibility

Mumm is for users 18 or older with the capacity to contract. The service is available to US residents.

## Account responsibilities

- Keep your credentials secure
- Provide accurate information
- Use one account per person or business

## The service

Mumm negotiates on your behalf within the scope you authorize. We are not a law firm; nothing we say is legal advice. We are not a financial advisor or insurance broker.

## Authorization to act

You grant Mumm limited authority to communicate with merchants on your behalf for negotiations you submit.

## Fees & payment

17.5% of verified savings — 14% for Mumm Priority members. Savings = original amount − settled amount. The rate is fixed on each negotiation when you submit it. Payment processing through Stripe.

## Mumm Priority membership

Mumm Priority is an optional annual membership ($199/year, billed annually, auto-renews until canceled). Members pay a 14% success fee and receive priority processing. Cancel anytime from your billing settings; membership runs through the end of the paid term. No mid-term refunds. Negotiations keep the fee rate they were submitted under, whether your membership starts or lapses afterward.

## Approvals

No settlement happens without your approval. The fee triggers only when you approve and money moves.

## Intellectual property

Mumm's IP stays with Mumm. Your IP stays with you. You grant Mumm a limited license to use information you submit for the negotiation.

## Disclaimers

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee any specific outcome on a negotiation.

## Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

## Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Mumm for any misuse of the service.

## Dispute resolution

Disputes resolved by binding arbitration. Governing law: Delaware. Class action waiver applies.

## Termination

Either party may terminate. On termination, accrued fees remain due; access ends.

## Changes to these terms

Material changes announced by email and posted here at least 14 days before they take effect.

## Severability, entire agreement, and other terms

Standard severability and entire-agreement clauses apply.
