What would make this a yes?

Choose the things you’d like to ask for. We’ll put them into a request you can edit.

You can add dates, a budget or anything we missed.

Give businesses a reason to say yes

Find what you value and they can readily deliver.

Ask a hotel for checkout that fits your flight. Ask a store to include delivery on an existing route. Mumm finds out what the business can offer and negotiates around what matters to you.

Example negotiation
You

“Our flight isn’t until 6. Could we check out a little later?”

“We could include 2pm checkout if you’re staying through Sunday.”

Meet Mumm for Business

Your questions, answered.

Do I have to haggle?

No special negotiating language is needed. Pick what would make the purchase better for you and write it in your own words. A request is the start of a conversation, not a commitment to buy.

Can I ask any business?

You can plan a request for a business you have in mind. To send a direct request in Mumm today, the business needs to be participating and have requests enabled on its seller page. Planning a request does not mean the business has received it.

Who decides the final offer?

The business proposes the price and terms; you decide whether to accept. We negotiate around your priorities and keep the complete offer in view.

What does it cost?

You can explore these ideas and draft a request without paying. Fees depend on the service you use. See pricing for the applicable fees; extras are not counted as cash savings. View pricing.
