Mumm contacts the merchant directly — hospitals, hotels, dealerships, contractors, insurance companies. We make the calls. We send the emails. We follow up when they ghost. We escalate when we get stuck.
You don't pick up a phone. You don't write an email. You don't explain anything twice. We come back to you only when we have something to show you.
